Instructions: Wipe chicken with clean damp cloth & place in deep, glass bowl.
Combine rum, oil, soy, white & ginger. Pour over chicken. Cover loosely & marinate 2 hours, turning once or twice. Drain each piece momentarily. Roll in flour & shake off excess.
