1 doz	large shrimp peeled, deveined

1 tsp	dried thyme
1/4 tsp	salt
1 tsp	curry powder
1/4 tsp	sugar
3/4 tsp	dried sage
1/4 tsp	cayenne
3/4 tsp	ground allspice
1/2 tsp	paprika
1/4 tsp	ground cinnamon
2 tsp	canola oil
1/4 tsp	ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp	ground cloves

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine the Jerk Seasoning in a large bowl. (

Makes about 2 cups)

Toss the shrimp in the bowl to coat well. Then grill. Serve hot.
