Ingredients:

1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
14 oz smoked sausage, lowfat
4 med onions chopped
4 x cloves garlic minced
5 x celery ribs chopped
6 x green onion chopped
2 can tomatoes, canned 15 ounce
3 cup rice uncooked
4 cup chicken broth
1 tbl dried parsley
2 tbl hot sauce
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: In large pot, cook chicken until mostly done. Add onion, garlic, celery and green onions and cook about 5-7 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until rice is cooked, approximately 20 minutes.

NOTES : Lowfat smoked sausage - Healthy Choice I used to make jambalaya every few months or so, but hadnt made it in a while. So I made this last week and it was great; I even finally wrote down what exactly I put into it so I could do an analysis of it.
