Yield: 1 1/2 cups. Jambalaya: Bring Jambalaya Mix, 3 cups water; and 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce to a boil in a Dutch oven. Stir in 1 cup chopped cooked chicken and 1 cup chopped cooked ham or 1 cup smoked sausage. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove and discard Bay Leaf.
