Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
14 oz Chickpeas, canned, drained, rinsed
3 x Cloves garlic, minced
4 tbl Peanut butter
Juice of 1 lemon
6 tbl Yogurt
----------------- Pepper Pitas ----------------
8 x Pita bread
4 tbl Olive oil
1 pch Salt
2 tbl Pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

If too thick add a little water, lemon juice or yogurt.

Makes 2 cups

Pepper Pitas: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut pitas into quarters. Brush with the oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley. Bake until crisp, about 5 mins.

Makes 32 pitas

NOTES : Made for a party before Christmas and was very good.
