Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 tbl Onions, chopped
2 x Garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 x Tomatoes
1 tsp Olive oil
1 cup Avocado pulp
1/2 tbl Lemon juice
4 dsh Chili powder
2 tbl Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Stock
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute onions and garlic in olive oil just until tender. Peel, seed, and finely chop tomato. Add to onions and cook a few seconds. Blend all ingredients and chill for 4-6 hours.

Serve in bowls or cups and top with a twist of lemon or lime peel.
