Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chopped nuts in bottom of pie shell; set aside. In a medium-sized bowl, beat remaining ingredients with mixer until frothy. Pour into pie shell and bake for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 250 degrees and continue baking for 45-50 minutes or until pie sets. Let cool then serve with whipped cream if desired. Email this Recipe:
