Amount Ingredient
Garlic Clove -- to taste,
Minced
1 med Onion -- dice fine
4 tbl Parmesan Cheese -- grated
1/4 lb Provolone Cheese -- grated
1/2 lb Sausage Meat -- Bob Evans
1 lb Mushroom Caps -- whole,
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute sausage until crumbly. Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft.

Drain sausage mixture.

Fold cheeses into mixture, and stuff the mushroom caps.

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Broil for a few minutes to lightly brown top, if desired.
