150 gm beef
200 gm gobou 16cm
4 tbl soy sauce
2 tbl sugar
1/2 tbl mirin (sweet rice-based sake)
1 tbl sake
oil
Instructions:
Instructions: 4.1 Cut the beef in 4-5 thin slices.

4.2 Cut the gobou thin in 16 cm length and boil them until cooked.

Then season with salt.

4.3 Put the gobou on each beef slice and roll up tightly to cover all gobou. Fasten with
a wooden tooth-pick.

4.4 Heat oil and fry the rolls brown. Remove oil.

4.5 Add sugar, mirin, and sake and cook 3-4 min.

4.6 Cut the rolls in 2 cm.
