Instructions: Put olive oil in large frying pan. Saute chopped garlic and ginger together in oil. Add Clams: heat. De-glaze pan with white wine; reduce heat. Add clam juice. Add heavy cream simmer until consistency becomes a thicker sauce. If desired, add Parmesan cheese. Ladle sauce over cooked Linguine (cook according to directions on package).
