Ingredients:

6 x Brazil Nuts, grated
2 x Cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup Minced Onion
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Olive or Canola Oil
2 tbl Brown Sugar
2 tbl Cround Coriander
1/3 tsp Crushed Red Pepper

Mix marinade ingredients. Add meat and let stand 2 hours. Drain meat, saving marinade. Thread meat onto metal skewers. Grill over hot coals ( I use my kitchen grill) about 10 minutes per side, brushing once on each side with marinade. Serve with rice or Lentils Pilaff.
