1 pkt imitation crabmeat
1 x red bell pepper, chopped
1 x green bell pepper, chopped
1 x onion, chopped
1 tbl butter
1 pkt Monterrey Jack cheese
1 x egg
1/3 cup milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Chop up red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and onion; set aside. Cut imitation crabmeat into small pieces. Melt butter; saute peppers, onion, and crabmeat. Season to taste. Remove crab mixture from heat. Add egg, milk, and cheese; mix together. In an ungreased casserole dish, lay four crescents on the bottom of the dish. Put mixture in the dish. Place remaining four crescents on top. In a 375 degree oven, bake casserole until golden brown.

(Can use lobster or shrimp, in place of crab meat, according to your preference!)
