3/4 lb ground beef
1 x unbaked 9-inch pie shell
3 x eggs beaten
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: In a skillet, cook beef until browned. Meanwhile, line unpricked pastry shell with double thickness of heavy-duty foil. Bake at 450 degrees 5 minutes. Remove foil; bake 5 minutes. Drain beef; put in large bowl. Add eggs, mayonnaise, milk, onion, cornstarch, salt, pepper, 1 cup cheese. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted at center comes out clean. If necessary, cover crust edges with foil to prevent over-browning. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.

Yield: 6-8 servings
