Instructions: Shell thaw clean and strain the prawns.
In a pan heat the oil to hot. Fry the cumin add the onion ginger and garlic. When well cooked lower heat add the turmeric and capsicum. Stir fry until the capsicum has softened but retains its colour then turn up the heat to high add the prawns and coriander and stir fry for about 5 minutes then serve. A quick and simple stirfried dish from the coasts of India proving that minimum spicing can sometimes have maximum effect.
