Instructions: Chop cranberries in food processor finely; mix with sugar. Set aside.
Stir boiling water into gelatin and cinnamon in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate 1-1/4 hours or until thickened. Stir in cranberries, oranges and nuts. Spoon into 6-cup mold or 2-quart bowl. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold if using mold. Garnish as desired. Email this Recipe:
