Instructions: Mix jello according to package directions. Refrigerate until firm. In big bowl, break up jello into bite-sized pieces. Add drained pineapple and cool whip. Mix well. Spoon over slices of angel food cake.

Variation: try substituting the fruits for the pineapple, such as crushed strawberries (with artificial sweetener), etc. Also, vary flavors of sugar-free jello to compliment your fruit choices.
