Instructions: Peel & seed two mangoes. Run through the blender. In a food processor, I chop 2 tsp of allspice until theyre broken up (you could used powdered allspice I suppose). Add 1/2 onion, 5 or 6 cloves of garlic, 2 or 3 habanero peppers w/o the stem, the juice of two small limes, and 1 T cider vinegar. Whirl until mush. Hold your breath & pour this into the pureed mangoes (you only think Im kidding). When handling chicken thats been in this marinade, use rubber gloves. Ive put slits on the skin of a whole chicken, rubbed the stuff under it & inside, & grilled it (I dont eat the skin, its just there to hold the marinade on.)
