1/2 tsp	cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp	freshly-ground black pepper
1 tsp	allspice
1 tsp	nutmeg
2 tbl	sugar

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients together. Store in a sealed container (an empty spice bottle is ideal) in a dry place for future use.

This jerk spice recipe goes well with any kind of meat you wish to use.
