1/4 cup Chopped onion
1 tbl Chopped garlic
1 sm Roasted red pepper
1/2 tbl Crushed red pepper
1/8 cup Lemon juice
1/4 cup Malt vinegar
1 tsp Allspice
2 tbl Cinnamon
1 tsp Ground cloves
1 tsp Coriander
1/2 tsp Curry powder
1/4 cup Olive oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine ingredients and marinade halibut fillets or other seafood. You might even want to try it with chicken! Then, grill or pan-fry as usual.
