1 tbl Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground cumin
1/4 tsp Thyme leaves
1/8 x tea pon Ground allspice
1 lb Boneless pork loin chops, 1/2" thick
1 tbl Olive oil
Instructions:
Instructions: In small bowl, combine Tabasco sauce, garlic powder, salt, cumin, thyme, and allspice. Spread mixture on both sides of pork chops.

In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook chops until well-browned on all sides. Add water to skillet, heat to boiling, stirring to loosen brown bits. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chops are tender.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
