Instructions: Place the frozen hash brown potatoes in the bottom of a pan (9x13). Combine butter, salt, pepper, minced onion, milk, cream of chicken soup and sour cream; pour mixture over potatoes. Top with cheese. Combine butter and crushed corn flakes; sprinkle on top of cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
