Amount	Ingredient
1 head	of green cabbage
2 stalk	of celery
2 med	Onion
3 cup	Shredded carrot, (1 medium carrot)
	----------------- PREMIX FOLLOWING ----------------
3 oz	Half and Half
3 oz	Tarragon or white vinegar, (or half each)
3/4 cup	Miracle whip
3/4 cup	Sugar
2 tbl	Olive oil
2 tbl	Horseradish
2 tbl	Dijon mustard
2 tsp	Celery seed
2 tsp	Dill weed
1/2 tsp	Chicken seasoning
1 tsp	Accent
1 tsp	Pepper, (rounded)

Instructions:

Instructions: Food process cabbage, onion and carrot to fine pieces (rice size). Combine with remaining ingredients and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
