3 tbl	Celery seed
3 tbl	Whole black peppercorns
1 tbl	Sweet hungarian paprika
1/2 tsp	Mustard seed
18 sm	Bay leaves
12 whl	cloves
3/4 tsp	Ground cardamom
3/4 tsp	Mace
3/4 tsp	Allspice
3/4 tsp	Ginger
3/4 tsp	Cinnamon

Instructions:

Instructions: In a spice grinder or small food processor, combine all of the ingredients.

Grind well and store in a small glass jar. Added September 17, 1998.
