1/4 cup	Butter
1 x	Beaten egg
1 tsp	Grated orange rind
3/4 cup	Orange juice

Instructions:

Instructions: In a blender,
mix together dry ingredients. With 2 knives or pastry blender cut in butter. Add egg, orange juice, rind, and berries. Mix until just combined. Grease muffin tins and bake at 350 till golden brown.JM.
