Ingredients:

6 tbl sunflower oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
4 x cm stick coriander
8 x cloves
16 x black peppercorns
8 x cardamom
4 x fresh green chillies chopped finely
150 gm carrot diced finely
150 x ggreen peas
90 gm French beans chopped
90 gm sweetconn
90 gm mushnooms sliced
300 gm bosmati rice washed and drained
2 tbl raisins
1 sht edible silver foil (optional)
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat the oil in a heavy pan and add the cumin seeds.

When they pop add the whole spices.

Stir a couple of times and add the green chillies all the vegetables and salt.

Stir fry for 23 minutes.

Add the rice and fry until translucent.

Add 600ml of hot water mix gently and bring to the boil then lower heat cover and cook until all the vegetables are soft but still crisp.

Sene hot garnished with raisins and edible silver foil.

Serves 4
