Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1/4 cup	rice vinegar
2 tbl	vegetable oil
1/2 tsp	sesame oil
	Dash of salt
	Dash of freshly ground black pepper
1 x	(10-ounce) package frozen peas
1 med	red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 med	yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 med	jicama, peeled and cut into thin strips
1/4 cup	chopped sweet onion

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine vinegar, oils, salt and pepper in a jar; cover and shake well. Set aside. Combine vegetables, pour dressing over and toss to coat. Cover and chill until serving time. Toss again, then serve on top of lettuce leaves.
