Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 cup Flour
2 tbl Sugar
4 tsp Powder
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Cold margarine
1 cup Cold milk
1 x filling
1/3 cup Margarine
1 cup Brown sugar
3 tsp Cinnamon
1/3 cup Raisins
1 x glaze
1/2 cup Icing sugar
1 x Enough water to make thin
Instructions:
Instructions: In large bowl combine flour,sugar,powder, and salt. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Make well in center. Pour milk into well. Stir to form dough, adding more milk if needed. Turn onto lightly floured surface. Knead 8-10 times. Roll into rectangle.

FILLING Cream margarine,brown sugar, and cinnamon together well. Drop 1 tsp. into each of 12 muffin tins. Spread rest over dough. Sprinkle raisins over top. Roll up as a jelly roll. Mark, then cut 12 slices. Place cut side down in muffin tins. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.

GLAZE Drizzle over cinnamon buns.
