1/2 tbl	dark brown sugar
2 tbl	paprika
2 tsp	dried mustard
2 tsp	onion powder
2 tsp	garlic powder
1/2 tsp	dried sweet basil
1 tsp	ground bay leaf
3/4 tsp	ground coriander
3/4 tsp	ground savory
3/4 tsp	dried thyme
3/4 tsp	fresh ground black pepper
3/4 tsp	white pepper
1/8 tsp	ground cumin

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine ingredients and store in airtight container. No need to refrigerate. Massage the Rub into meat the night before cooking. Wrap in plastic and store in icebox until time to grill.
