1/4 cup Water
1/3 cup Wine vinegar
2 tbl Fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp English mustard
1/4 tsp Garlic powder, optional
1/4 tsp Sugar
3/4 tsp Freshly ground pepper
1/3 cup Olive oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Blend together all the ingredients with the exception of the oils. Add salad oil mix well. Stir in refrigerator in Screw-top jar. Serve 4.
