Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 cup Soup, Cream of Mushroom
1/2 lb Beef, ground
1 x Egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup Bread crumbs, fine dry
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix thoroughly beef, egg, bread crumbs, nutmeg and 1/3 cup of soup.

Shape firmly into a loaf shape; place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Blend remaining soup and sour cream.

Heat; stir now and then. Serve this sauce over the meat loaf; sprinkle with additional nutmeg. Garnish with cucumber slices.
