1/2 cup flour
1 cup crisco
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix dry ingredients with Crisco using pastry blender. Add ice water a little at a time until desired consistency is reached. Roll out and put in pie tin.

This recipe is good doubled. A single recipe makes a top, a bottom and a thin second bottom crust or a crust for a smaller pie.
