MEATBALLS ----------------
1/2 lb ground beef
3 x eggs
4 slc dried bread, soaked in water
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
pork ribs or Italian sausage
----------------- SAUCE ----------------
3 can tomatoes, crushed, (28 oz. can)
garlic powder, to taste
black pepper, to taste
oregano, to taste
4 whl bay leaves
Instructions:
Instructions: Meatballs:
Mix all ingredients (except for ribs or sausage) with hands. Form into balls; fry in olive oil. In same pan, fry boneless pork ribs, or good sweet Italian sausage.

Sauce:
In separate pot, simmer all together.

After frying the meatballs and pork (or Italian sausage), put them into the tomato sauce mixture. Do not drain grease from the frying pan. Add a large can of tomato paste to the grease in the frying pan, plus some water to thin; simmer this, making a tomato gravy. After all browning from pan has cooked into paste, pour into pan of crushed tomatoes and sauce. Simmer at least 3 hours (the longer, the better). Serve over any pasta.

Makes 45 meals.
