Instructions: Brown ground beef and chopped onions in the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Drain off the grease. Add the spinach and mushrooms and mix well. Pour in the beaten eggs and sprinkle with the basil. Stir while cooking. Remove from the heat when the eggs are set. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Serve while hot.
