Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1 lb	Ground round steak or other lean beef
15 sqr	saltine crackers, crushed
2/3 cup	Water
1 x	Onion, chopped in food processor
1/2 tsp	Garlic salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all and put into meat loaf or bread loaf pan and top with a sauce.

SAUCE: about 3/4 cup catsup, 2 Tbs. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, 1/4 tsp.nutmeg. Mix and pour on top of meatloaf and then bake at 350 F. for about 30-40 mins. till no meat is done. This is very good and all men like it. I take it to all potlucks and everyone raves over it.
