Instructions: Brown ground beef. Add garlic. Add salt and pepper. Add spinach, stirring until spinach is soft. Add mushrooms. Bring to boil; turn to medium beat.

Drain juice. Add eggs: mix thoroughly, allowing eggs to cook completely.

Serve with salad and French bread.
