Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 tbl Butter
1 sm Oignon (optional)
1 tbl Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 cup Milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt butter over medium heat and add oignon. Cook until oignon is soft.

Then add curry and flour and stir. Then add milk, salt & pepper. Cook mixture stirring constantly until it thickens to desired consistency.
