3 can Chilies -- small cans
3/4 lb Monterey Jack cheese --
Grated
3/4 lb Longhorn cheese -- grated
3 x Eggs
3 tbl Flour
6 oz Can of condensed milk
Instructions:
Instructions: By Nancy Pickard and Virginia Rich. In a 9x12" casserole, continuously layer the chilies (split and laid flat) and the cheeses until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese on top. In separate bowl, mix with mixer, eggs, flour, and condensed milk. Pour mixture over chili and cheese casserole. Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes. Top with can of taco sauce and bake 30 minutes more. This can be reheated.
