Instructions: Heat oil and add garlic, fry garlic until lightly brown. Add pine nuts and brown lightly. Add sun dried tomatoes, salt, and pepper to taste. Heat through. Cook pasta until al dente, drain and pour sauce over. Add basil at this time. If you choose fresh tomato add at this time. Serve with Parmesan cheese. If using fresh tomatoes put into pasta just before serving. I have also added raw finely chopped broccoli or zucchini.
