1 tbl Pickling spice
1/2 tsp Allspice
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Celery salt
1/2 cup Salt
1 tsp Liquid smoke
1/4 cup Brown surgar
Instructions:
Instructions: Make up enough brine to totally submerge bird. Let sit in brine for 48 to 55 hours. Smoke low and slow to 165-170 degrees internal. Juicy-Juicy-Juicy
