Instructions: Split the 1/2 lb. hamburger into two 1/4-lb. balls. Flatten each until they are 1/4-inch thick and saucer-sized (6 inches). On one patty, place in the middle the remainder of the ingredients. Place the remaining patty on top and pinch sides together, so it resembles a pie. Grill until done. (These stay together well once they have been pinched all around.) Put into a casserole dish and keep warm in the oven until serving time.
