Instructions: In a large pot, blend cornstarch and turmeric with 1 tablespoon of the vinegar. Add the rest of the vinegar, and mix in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then lower heat, simmering slowly for one hour.
Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal with hot sterilized lids and rings - following manufacturers directions - and seal. This recipe yields 6 cups. Yield: 6 half-pints Email this Recipe:
