1 cup MILK
1 x EGG
2 tbl BUTTER
1 tsp VANILLA
1/4 cup SUGAR
1 tsp SALT
1/2 tsp CINNAMON
1/2 tsp LEMON PEEL dried or fresh
1/2 tsp ground CARDAMOM
3 cup All-purpose FLOUR
2 tsp YEAST rapid or quick Add:
1/2 cup dried Fruit cherries or raisins
1/4 cup chopped ALMONDS (1/4 to 1/2) WASH:
1 x EGG beaten with
Instructions:
Instructions: Add dried fruits/nuts to the abm pan 5 min. after kneading starts.

Remove dough from abm.

Divide into 3 equal pieces.

Roll each piece into a long rope and braid ropes together.

Place braid on lightly greased baking pan.

Cover, let rise about 1-1/2 hours.

Brush dough with EGG WASH
Bake in preheated 350 oven 25-30 min.

Till golden.
