Instructions: Preheat oven to 400.

Prepare 12 medium muffin cups [2 1/2 x 1 1/4]. Beat eggs slightly in medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients just till moistened. Divide among the muffin cups. Bake until golden and until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. [18-20 min].
