Instructions: Beat eggs on low until lite yellow
Add sugar a little at a time & beat well after each addition In a pan, place 1 quart of milk & bring to boil Add to egg & sugar mixture - mix well
Put in junket tablets which have been dissolved in water Put in freezer - fill with milk
