Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 . Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Add egg and blend. Add salad oil, stirring until oil is well-blended. Add oats, cornflakes, coconut and nuts. Stir until mixed. Add flour, soda, salt and vanilla and mix well. Form into balls about the size of a walnut. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork dipped in water. Bake for 12 minutes before removing. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
