1 cup	chick peas
1 cup	cubed seedless cucumber or Kirby
2 cup	cubed (1/2") tomatoes
1 cup	cubed (1/2") yellow sweet onion
2 tbl	red wine vinegar
1 tbl	olive oil
2 tbl	finely chopped basil or mint
1 tbl	finely chopped parsley

Instructions:

Instructions: Toss all above ingredients in large bowl, chill and serve.
