3 can	of beets, peeled and sliced
1/3 cup	sugar
1 tbl	cornstarch
1/2 tsp	salt
1/4 cup	beet juice
1/2 cup	orange juice
1 tsp	grated orange rind

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in a sauce pan with the beet juice, cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thick. Add the OJ, orange rind, margarine and beets mixing until well coated. Heat thoroughly and serve
