Instructions: Knead all the ingredients except the oil together.
Take a small amount at a time and pat into a sausagelike shape about 5cm long around a skewer. Make only one per skewer Brush each kebab with a little oil and grill under medium heat or barbecue until well browned and cooked. Serve very hot. To serve slide the kebab off the skewer and arrange on a plate with a generous salad and mint chutney (qv). Need 4 skewers. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
