Instructions: Mix beef, onion, parsley salt paparika, cinamon, pepper. Shape in 8 patties 1/2 thick. Broil and grill 4- 6 " from heat source, turning once, 10-15 mins. (medium-well done) or until done as desired. Place burger, tomato slice, a lettuce leaf into each pita halves.
