Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
3 lb Minced lamb
1 tbl Papaya paste
1 tbl Brown onion paste
1 tbl Fresh onion paste
1/2 tbl Roasted ground flour
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Red chilli powder
2 tsp Almond paste
1 tbl Vegetable fat
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl and leave to stand for 3 hours.

Using your hands, mould the mixture on to a skewer in long sausage shapes.

Place the kebabs over hot coal for 5 minutes, turning occasionally and serve.

Serve with handkerchief bread.
